Here is what happen with my FINAL ORDER!
I did not receive one of my lots that I won. While they credited my account, they breeched the fundamentals of the agreement between the customer and auctioneer and did not deliver the lot to me. In my book this spells "dishonestly" and it is fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
Tried calling Customer Service 1-800-830-4590 and the number does not work or at least Monday - Wednesday, July 18 - 20 .
Then tried E-mailing, no response!
I will not be doing business with these crooks ever again! Cigar Bid lost my trust of doing business.

So when you go into a nice restaurant, and while studying the menu, the waiter comes by to tell you they have run out of oysters………..what do you do?
Jump up and down, and point out to the waiter, that oysters are plainly listed on the menu, and that you should be able to get oysters……….blah blah blah…
You’ve been ordering here for a long time, and you are just NOW figuring out that cbid has issues?
