fog Applause

It was pretty decent ..

His voice was a little rough on the first two songs...but he's been on tour this summer and prolly has tired vocal cords...

It was several musicians, I forget the names...3 back up singers, 4 horn players, fiddle, acoustic guitar, electric guitar,
Piano, drummer / kunkle, and the bass player / grey haired hippie beard actin
Magician looking sorcerer guy who played for James Taylor and Nils lofgren plus dozens of other musicians and groups over the yrs / and a pedal steel player...
Lots if guys...

When I saw him in 2012? At the York Strand theatre...it was a better show than tonight's show...
That was more country and bluegrass with excellent famous studio musicians...

But tonight's was very good...
He's a laid back SARcastic dry humor kinda guy...

Tickets only $89 ...very reasonable...

Not THE PRICEY $$$ Bruce Springsteen $5,000 tickets that the D.U.I. MOTORCYCLE DODGER CALL MR. WIZARD AND "TAKE ME HOME" OBAMA'S INTERVENTION GOLDEN BITCH BOY IS CHARGING THIS SUMMER...

Back in 2000 or 2001 I saw Lyle with his old Aggie roommate Robert Earl Keen in College Station at Texas A&M .Best REK performance ever.....same with Lyle. They were so natural together on stage it was surreal. Probably my favorite live performance of all time.I have seen Lyle a couple more times.since and Robert Earl Keen at least a half dozen times.............they are both excellent on stage but they need to get together again.
