Missing 2 items from last 2 shipments
Been on phone to Cigarbid
yesterday #1 on hold for 32 minutes
# 2 on hold for 56 minutes
Today still on hold after 22 minutes!
And yes I did email them?
Anybody else having these problems??????????

Nope. There are litterally ZERO other threads about customer service problems at CBid. It must just be you.

Not just Billy. Same problem here. Emailed several times with no response. Cannot reach by phone. Yes, my credit card was charged for the entire purchase and even the partial shipment I received was over two weeks late before being shipped.

II remember the first time I emailed them almost two years ago, and a couple of times since, still haven't received a reply.

Yes, same here in Houston. Been with them since 2016

and flawless until the last order. Talked to a nice lady couple of months back whom said Cigar International bought them.

I had the same issue with an order recently. On hold for 35 minutes and no answer. I emailed them as well. Really pissed that the UPS man did not ask for signature next door as requested on previous orders. My order was sent back. No credit yet or answer to my request for returning my order.
