On the other side of that, is if you try to educate them on a topic and tell them the truth, they are more likely to think your full of sh*t.
Then you have the highly functionals who proclaim they are religious and act the part, they have the bumper stickers and sh*t, do the networking (go to church), etc... But they don't actually buy it. These guys tend to be business owners and stuff... lot of times they'll put a Jesus fish on their site to show how Christian they are... they are just taking advantage of the gullibility.

there are some truly sincere and good deeply religious people...my younger brother (RIP) was one, as are many of his friends...one quality that seems to stand out among this caliber of religious believer is the absence of judgmental attitudes and latent evangelism
