What is wrong withCigarbid customer service? They do not exist. Hang ont he phone for twenty minutes, no one picks up. EMail them four separate occasions. No answer. This has been the WORST experience I have EVER had on line. I won two bids and they remain "Processing since July 12, 2022. It is todayAugust 3. I do not understand why they will not address my inquiries. Sours me on both companies, Cigarbid and Cigars International.

You could also try Thompson Cigar. Perhaps they pick one company a day that they answer the phones for (assuming they have only one customer service crew).

Cigarbid has fucked up my last two orders. My order last week wasnt right, now my order that arrived today was wrong. Ive waited on the phone 30 mins twice this week waiting on these mutherfuckers. Ive spent over $1k with this company the past 3 months. **** em im done. I would rather pay retail than deal with bull****!!

First, you need to contact CelticBomber………careful with the language though…..he is sensitive, and cries easily.
He will look into your order issues.

I actually put in a couple of bids this past week and fortunately was outbid. The clowns are overbidding big time and not getting what they win. I'm going to stay away until things get straightened out and hopefully Celtic hasn't pulled out all his hair by then.

That's only $333.33 per month... not sure that's enough to get platinum level access.

CelticBomber might not even take your P.M. if you tell him that's all you spent, you might want to keep that one on the DL.

My orders have been perfect, except about 4 orders ago they forgot a fiver of La Imperiosas which arrived a week later after I sent a message.
Today, my order showed up a day early, and in perfect condition.
One box of Jaime Garcia petite robs, and some SPC Mississippi River.

Platinum Plus has its advantages for sure.
