though most were stunned by this strong Red state voting overwhelmingly to reject efforts to roll back the prochoice status, it may not be a harbinger of what to expect from other Red states...

I read a point about Kansas that stayed with me all day, something that separates their vote from many others coming up.
They were voting to "defend the status quo" in Kansas. That likely differs greatly in the minds of voters faced with overturning abortion bans already in place.

We shall see.

yes.

I guess I was thinking that many rejoicing might not be considering the difference in the actual choice that will be faced by other states.

It's one thing to leave it unchanged rather than impose new harsh penalties vs removing them if already in place.

Article I, Section 23, of the Florida Constitution states:

“Every natural person has the right to be let alone and free from governmental intrusion into the person’s private life except as otherwise provided herein.” Nothing about abortion is mentioned as an exception. The state supreme court has previously ruled that the right to abortion is included in these rights. So, abortion up to 15 weeks is legal here. For now...

Well, the debate is over boys. The Reverand Al Sharpton had the final say on MSNBC.
The Christian Bible is now a libertine document now that permits killing as a personal choice. I wonder what else it now permits in this left-progressive interpretation? Probably smash and grab robberies, shoplifting, mugging, and beating anybody you don't like...personal choice stuff like that.

Quote:
Rev. Al Sharpton argued this week that the Bible endorses abortion because the Bible is about choice.

Rev Al: “The Bible, if you’re using this as a religious argument, the Bible is about choice.

Murder is about choice too, but that doesn’t mean the Bible condones it.

It’s not clear which Bible Rev. Al Sharpton is referring to but it’s not the Christian Bible.

Seems you'd prefer stoning to death as your handlers taught just a few weeks ago? They gave you the cliff notes for Leviticus that week iirc.

Not me, Frank is all shameful about his ancestors stoning people or something for all sorts of things, and just the mention of that fact by anyone like a Christian man upsets him even more causing him to jump to that psychological defense mechanism called projection. He's crazy like you, except all you care about is getting stoned.

I'd be okay with stoning people to death. I fully support the death penalty... and I don't care how painful the death is for the ones that deserve it. They didn't care about their victims...

Stone 'em, hang 'em, shoot 'em, shock 'em... inject them with a lethal dose of fentanyl... NFG.

Ya, I heard Gov. Newsom say California is all about freedom and equity, and DeSantis and Florida are about inequity and unfreedom policies like abortion restrictions, banning children's sex books in school libraries, and against grooming kids with LGBTQ+++*2 stuff.

I don't think it's possible. You have a limited amount of cannabinoid receptors so there is a limit to how stoned you can get.

It don't take a lot to get there... So when you see someone casually puffing on a pipe... they are generally not getting any more stoned than they already are.

You preach no love.
Only hate.

And could you go more in depth about whom you believe are my ancestors?
Just your marginal notes in your copy of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion will suffice.

Two things come to mind when someone mentions Al. 1) I keep a meme on my phone of a town burning. In the foreground is Al holding a gas can in each hand. There is a caption that says, “I’m here to help.”

The other, and I have absolutely no idea how one ties with the other, but I picture a female with a septum piercing which reminds me of helping my grandfather, back in the 70’s as a kid, put hog rings in the porkers nose’s to keep them from rooting up the pig pen. To this day I find a septum piercing to be most unattractive.

The Devil came from Kansas. Where he went to I can't say
Though I teach I'm not a preacher, and I aim to stay that way
There's a monkey riding on my back, been there for some time
He says he knows me very well but he's no friend of mine
I am not a humble pilgrim
There's no need to scrape and squeeze
And don't beg for silver paper
When I'm trying to sell you cheese
The Devil came from Kansas. Where he went to I can't say
If you really are my brother then you'd better start to pray
For the sins of those departed and the ones about to go
There's a dark cloud just above us, don't tell me 'cause I know
I am not a humble pilgrim
There's no need to scrape and squeeze
And don't beg for silver paper
When I'm trying to sell you cheese
No I never came from Kansas, don't forget to thank the cook
Which reminds me of my duty: I was lost and now I look
For the turning and the signpost and the road which takes you down
To that pool inside the forest in whose waters I shall drown
I am not a humble pilgrim
There's no need to scrape and squeeze
And don't beg for silver paper
When I'm trying to sell you cheese
