Hello everyone,

As some of you have noticed, our phone queue and customer service are a bit backed up currently. I can assure you all that we're still here and working tirelessly on getting caught up and back to the service levels you've been accustomed to over the last 25 years.

We recently added a large expansion to our warehouse to allow for better product availability and improve our operational capabilities. There have been some short-term challenges that we're working through which have led to an increase in customer service calls. We appreciate your patience and promise to correct the issues and return to normal as quickly as possible.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding.

Can I get your autograph along with my next order?! You are a rock star.

The only part of your note which is COMPLETE bullchit is you and your staff are 'working tirelessly'. You've got to be beyond tired. Likely exhausted.

Appreciate the post and hard work. Please pass along my thanks to your staff. Except for Celtic Bomber. He sucks.

Not bad for eleven years. You are blessed.

Prioritization, BGZ. Priorities.

Shana's priorities are customer facing insomuch as people want/need to get their cigars and their financial accounts in order.

If your priority is creating a compilation of the Worst of Ray, rock on with your bad-sef.
Know he'd probably do the same on your posts, so.... Like I said. It is all about priorities.

Thanks for the info Shana. It helps to understand what's going on. Still a little frustrating waiting weeks for orders to ship out though.

I'm curious, are you at liberty to disclose what the oldest order is waiting to be shipped yet? Not counting back orders of course.

Good morning,

I don't have that information readily available.

I have you at the top of my list and have been emailing the warehouse daily to get your order shipped.

Apologies.

Thanks Shana!

I guess I don't see what the hold-up is. If it were just a matter of working through older orders and mine is down the list then I get it. But I've seen comments in the forums here from people who have ordered cigars in the last two or three weeks and have received their products. My order is over three weeks old now.
Or if everything is on backorder then there's nothing anyone can do but wait. But you separated those out into their own group so that's not it.

I received an email yesterday letting me know a partial shipment was made.
A five-pack.
That's less than 1% of the order.

I received one five-pack last week and when I look at my orders page it says two five-packs were shipped and shipping was $49 while the tax was $59. On an $8.50 five-pack.
I'm sure we have to wait for all shipping and billing to be completed to sort out that mess though.

I don't envy you the mess you must be dealing with. Hopefully once the new space is up and operational life will return to normal. Or as normal as anything ever gets.

Shana you are a Rockstar. Thanks for the update.

I'm sure you and the staff are just as frustrated by the CS issues - and are tired of dealing with it every day. Kudos for continuing to show up and doing your best. Keep up the good work.

Good morning!

I am looking into both of your orders with the warehouse.

The reason for the 2 different amounts is there is a backorder. So, we can't charge you for a backordered item. The original amount gets voided and we process the lesser amount. When the backorder comes back into stock, that's when we would charge you the difference.

I will keep you posted.

Well I personally am getting a little frustrated with your present level of customer service. Between Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday I have logged well over 10 hours on hold just to pay for my cigar order and today you’re “closed due to unforeseen circumstances” and not taking calls at all. I’m so close to never order from Cigarbid or Cigars International again. You all need to start stepping your game up a little or you’re going to lose customers
