It’s pretty standard fare….

We’re gonna take some money from some people and companies, we’re gonna give some of that money to other people and companies. The companies we took money from will raise their prices for everyone. We gonna keep a certain percentage of the money we took for government admin. Oh and we’re gonna expand the IRS to catch and audit middle class tax cheats.

Even Bernie says it's bullchit...but he voted for it anyway because he tows the Democommie party line and likes all that big government socialism stuff...like Brewha.

“I want to take a moment to say a few words about the so-called Inflation Reduction Act that we are debating this evening," Sanders said just after voting with Democrats to advance the bill to debate on the Senate floor.

"I say so-called because according to the CBO and other economic organizations that have studied this bill, it will in fact have a minimal impact on inflation."

You Know It's Bad When... Bernie Mocks Dems' "So-Called Inflation Reduction Act"

Quote:
Senate Democrats late on Aug. 6 advanced a mammoth spending bill on climate and energy, health care, and taxes, after overcoming unanimous Republican opposition in the evenly divided chamber.

The procedural vote to advance the Democratic bill - which authorizes over $400 billion in new spending - was 51–50 after Vice President Kamala Harris arrived at the Capitol to cast a vote, breaking the deadlock in the Senate over the measure that Democrats say would reform the tax code, lower the cost of prescription drugs, invest in energy and climate change programs, all while lowering the federal deficit.

The vote means that senators will have 20 hours to debate on the measure, followed by a vote-a-rama, a marathon open-ended series of amendment votes that has no time limit. After that, the bill will head to a final vote. The measure is anticipated to pass the chamber as early as this weekend.

The House, where Democrats have a majority, could give the legislation final approval on Aug. 12, when lawmakers are scheduled to return to Washington.

The vote came after the Senate parliamentarian - the chamber’s nonpartisan rules arbiter - gave a thumbs-up to most of the Democrats’ revised 755-page bill.

But Democrats had to drop a significant part of their plan for lowering prescription drug prices, Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough said.

The provision would have essentially forced companies not to raise prices higher than inflation. MacDonough said Democrats violated Senate budget rules with language in the bill imposing hefty penalties on drugmakers who raise their prices beyond inflation in the private insurance market.

There is no way either party sitting in the parliament of whores is going to screw over the corporations that
$ponsor them.

Stand by for an increase in your tax rate, as well as increased prices for manufactured products to cover any increase in corporate taxes.

Pay yer fair share! Pay yer fair share! Pay yer fair share!
Direct TAXES is your Marxist duty of the LIZARD PEOPLE REGIME! 🦎
It's not fair that some people pay a bigger FAIR SHARE than others!
The LIZARD PEOPLE REGIME has a prior claim to your property and they will decide how much you can keep!
We have taxes upon taxes upon taxes and soon we will have 87,000 more IRS Gestapo agents to hunt down and extract their fair share for the regime.

What a job that French lady has, trying to explain the imbecilic chit that comes out of the regime leaders' mouths.
Raising taxes lowers Inflation. WTF!

Trying to hire 87,000 IRS agents should be challenging. Until they do there will be no 200 billion windfall from hammering cheating taxpayers.

What Will 90,000 More IRS Agents Do?

Thomas DiLorenzo

Quote:
Last year record taxes were collected by the 70,000 or so IRS bureaucrats. The Stalinists who run the federal government are proposing to hire almost 90,000 more, and equip 70,000 of them with guns and ammo. They are obviously not needed for mere tax collection, so what’s up? My guess is that they want this to be the kill shot for the First Amendment. Free speech for business people has long been suppressed because of implicit threats of tax audits or regulatory extortion. (Milton Friedman once wrote an article entitled “Free Speech and Free Markets” making this point). Criticize the regime and it will come down on you “six different ways from Sunday,” as the odious and corrupt New York tyrant Chuck Schumer once said. This will now be used against anyone who criticizes the Stalinists, not just business executives, starting with audits and threats of audits, and eventually visits by your friendly neighbor IRS goon armed with an AR-15.

This is a good one too as it gives a historical example related to the current day evils of the regimes IRS and the Income Tax ...
Trolling the IRS, 258 AD

Larry L. Beane

Quote:
On this date (August 10), 1,764 years ago, St. Lawrence, the Archdeacon of Rome, was executed for trolling the IRS of his day.

Emperor Valerian launched a persecution against Christians in early August of 258, ordering that all Christian clergy be executed. On August 6, the Bishop of Rome, Pope Sixtus II, was captured in a cemetery while saying Mass. He was sentenced to death. Per imperial order, according to the forfeiture law, all of the church’s money was also to be confiscated. Lawrence was the treasurer in charge of the cathedral’s goods to be distributed to the poor.

Here in this old article during another lying leftist regime. Dr. Casselman explains...

The Psychology Behind Leftist Lies

Democratic lies about Republicans appeal to the uninformed voter's survival instinct.

DR. GARY R. CASSELMAN
October 30, 2013

Quote:
Liberals comprise only about 20 percent of the voting public. So, how has the left been so successful in swaying the majority of voters to believe what they feed them, when most often what the left says is not supported by the facts and what they do actually does harm to their voting constituents?

In mine and Tim Daughtry's recent book, Waking the Sleeping Giant: How Mainstream Americans Can Beat Liberals at Their Own Game, we discuss the issue of the misinformed and the uninformed voter typically voting for Democrats. Rush Limbaugh often refers to this voting segment as the "low information" voter. It is from this set of voters that the left is able to draw the additional 30 – 35 percent of the votes that they need to win elections, taking our country down the path of socialism.

How do they do this?

They lie.

That’s $7,500 to those smart enough to buy an electric vehicle.

Actually if you read the law to get the tax credit you have to make under a certain income and the car can’t cost over a certain amount and then it has to be built in the US with specifically sourced materials. Most EV cars will not qualify.

Using a tax credit or a direct subsidy is a form of socioeconomic control to try to manipulate the consumer into buying what the regime wants them to buy. It will be advertised under the pretense of saving the environment and fighting climate change
It's naturally and inherently anti-capitalistic.

"The most immediate effect of the Inflation Reduction Act would be a ban on tax credits for vehicles assembled outside North America. That would mean about 70% of the 72 current EV and plug-in hybrids on the U.S. market would no longer be eligible, said the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, which warned the change 'will surprise and disappoint customers in the market for a new vehicle' and 'jeopardize' EV sales goals."

"New restrictions on battery sourcing and critical minerals, along with price caps and income caps, take effect on Jan. 1, which will potentially make all current EVs ineligible for the full $7,500 credit."

"U.S. electric vehicle market leader Tesla and General Motors Co (GM.N) already sell their EVs without a federal tax credit, because they hit the 200,000 vehicle cap under the current law.

Tesla and GM may not become eligible to offer tax credits under the new law until Jan. 1. And even then, it is not clear which models - if any - will get the full $7,500 by meeting requirements that 40% of battery minerals come only from North America, or countries with which the United States has free trade agreements."

https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/automakers-scramble-decode-new-us-ev-tax-credits-2022-08-12/

In summary...
- 70% of the current EV models are ineligible since they don't meet the domestic assembly requirements.
- Potentially all current EV will be ineligible for the full credit based on the sources of materials used.
- Industry EV leaders like GM and Tesla are ineligible since they already sell too many EV's.

So 7 out of the possible 10 models that you might want to buy are out of the picture. Potentially all could be out of the picture because they don't use the government's qualified materials. If you want one for the credit, you have to buy one from a company that is lower on the totem pole for industry.

Joe Biden as He Signs Massive Spending Bill that Will Raise Taxes on Middle Class: “The American People Have Won, and Special Interests Lost” (VIDEO)

By Cristina Laila
Published August 16, 2022 at 3:54pm

Quote:
Joe Biden on Tuesday returned to the White House from his South Carolina beach vacation to sign his massive spending bill that will raise taxes on the middle class and make inflation worse.

Biden signed the ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ on Tuesday and mumbled through remarks before heading back to Delaware for another vacation.

“With this law, the American people won and the special interests lost,” Biden said claiming the bill is “one of the most significant laws in our history.”

Biden also falsely claimed “no one earning less than $400,000/year will pay a penny more in federal taxes.”

So, as it appears today. I will be getting a $7,500 tax back credit on the Tesla a bought this year.

Tesla - the most American made car on the planet.

Now get this, the dual motor version cost me less than the $55k limit. despite the fact that the price was over $55k when I took delivery. Oh, and they are off menu until 2023 due to availability.

If you want in, the base model 3 will get the credit. Or go ultra cheap and get a Chevy Bole and the credit. Not sure if Ford and GM are even taking orders right now - Loosers!

Charge at home for less than $1 per gallon.

And before you whine about EV’s - my Model 3 will the sh1t out of your M powered BMW POS.

A) *Losers - nit picky but I feel your post warrants it

B) does it not say "Tesla and GM may not become eligible to offer tax credits under the new law until Jan 1st" or am I tripping?

C) If I could blow $55k on a ride, I'd have my GT350 already

A) “they will pay for their lack of vision”

B) We will see when the law is finalized. But early on, it looks good for Brewha!

C) A donut machine? right, I had one of those. More than one in fact. Mustang GT, 88 Vett with a manual trans, etc. I get it. Drive a 350-450 HP AWD electric before you decide. One peddle driving. Max torque at all speeds. You never saw the likes…

So for $47k, less $7,500 rebate ($39,500), the base Model 3 would surprise you.

Give it a look before you scoff.
