Just booked my minisuite with huge Balconey the last one back of the ship,so I can smoke like hell without bodering the neighbors. Those are the cigars I am puffing on this cruise 1 Cigarlover churchill and CL Torpedo Box,couple of Vegas5 Torp,Monte double corona,my way Torp,Mayorga Torp,AF 858,Guesta Rey 898!I mean I cant afford cruising and the best cigars, however this selection is all aged for a year and with a 1liter bottle of Jack Daniels already ordered to be ready I really cant complain.(life is good)Amen

ain't it the truth ? ... I know what you mean about counting down to the vacation ... we've got a little cabin in the Rockies ... on the way in just 2 weeks ... got my 'gars picked and aged for more than 90 days in the humi ... those and some single-malt or maybe some cognac are gonna go down really sweet as I'm sitting on that little deck among the towering pines ... no sounds except the water in the stream and the flapping of birds wings ...

yep, you got it right, cruiser ... life is sweet

Nice timing gents, as of 5:00 tomorrow, I'm on vacation. Going to Cape Cod for a week.... beach, plenty of fried clams, lobster, drink, and, of course, cigars. Since I won't be able to tell what I'll want to smoke, I'm gonna bring my 75ct humi- first thing I'll pack!

Whereabouts in the Rockies, Steve? Not that I'd be out there with a search party staking out your stash...LOL

I lived in Grand Junction and Denver and know the state pretty well. Tons of great spots through and through. Hey, just remember to B.Y.O.W. (Bring Your Own Water)!

Ah, but who needs water when you have fine cognac, anyway, right?

Eastern Utah ... technically speaking, we're in the Uinta Mountains, which is a sub-range within the Rockies ... only range of mountains in the US to run predominantly East-West rather than North-South ...

No fires ... absolutely no fires ... way too many problems ... water's an item it's always good to bring ... even some of the springs in the area don't test all that well at times ... and hey, why not come stake me out?? I'll even make it easy for you ... if you let me know ahead of time ... just BYOC ... lol ... well, bring SOME and we'll share ...

I was thinking of going back to the Keys. There is a great smoke shop on Key Largo called "The Island Smoke Shop". They have a terrific house brand maduro called the "El Original". I could use a Keys sunset and a great cigar about now. But then again, Green Bay, Wisconsin isn't bad this time of year. Maybe I will just stay home.

Danno, welcome to my side of the bridge. Where on the Cape? I just stopped in this evening to peek at a cigar lounge in Hyannis. It's called Puff the Magic. Selection was small, but the beer looked cold and the leather couches and big screen TV looked inviting. I had the family so I was just peeking, but I'll be back. Either way, email me if you're up for horseshoes and smokes on Sunday. [email protected]
