How do you remember whom you’ve sent what to?

So I was just thinking about this. Also curious as I’ve traded a few times with a couple of you fellas. My mind at times disregards these things. How do you keep track. So you can mix up what you’re sending ya know

I type the list out. Send it to you, and save it on the computer. Otherwise, I would forget. I have a mind like a sieve and can't remember what I smoked yesterday, much less what I sent someone 3 months ago.

For me, that's also the easiest way because my handwriting sucks, but I can type like a mofo.

I kept a spreadsheet at one point. Now I rely on memory.

In other word, you're gonna get some repeats

I remember a couple smokes I sent out... only because I wish I still ad them when I ran out!

Personally, I never kept track... didn't really kept track of what other people sent me either...

So I guess I was a bad trader.

had a system when I started trading cigars...wrote down the list of cigars sent and received, with date and recipient or sender...this info was kept in a notebook...

after 4-5 of these notebooks were filled, I got lazy and stopped making lists of cigars received and their sender...I wrote the sender's name and date on the cello...I still do this...........most of the time

I got lazier still and stopped making a list of cigars I sent, thinking it wouldn't be too tough to come back to the trades boards, search the posts for the recipient and see what I sent...

that became a chore...didja know that retirement makes a man lazy...now be prepared to get repeats...

my Mom always said everything is better the second or third time when we complained about what was for dinner...and be thankful...folks back home in her village in China would die for what you have...
