Has anyone else had trouble with Cigarbid customer service. I have a two week old order that has not shipped. I’ve called and can’t get anyone on the call. I’ve sent two messages through the contact center on the site. This is the first shipping issue I’ve had. Is there another avenue for contacting them?

I guess i also got stuck trying to deal with their lack of Customer Service.

I ordered a couple packs almost a month ago now. Only half my order arrived. The remainder of the order is not on back order, and the order is in a constant state of "Processing".

Tried to call customer service during normal business hours. Sat on hold over an hour before i gave up.
Have sent multiple emails inquiring about the status of this order. Not even getting the courtesy of an auto response.

I have been a customer for quite some time..........first issue, still have my fingers crossed ill see my order someday.

Find something to do for a couple hours and leave the phone on hold while you do it. The email thing seems ineffective currently

I was just thinking that my order for which I was billed on Tuesday morning has still not shipped on Friday morning. Not that I need the smokes immediately but the fact that orders seemed to ship much faster not that long ago. I was reading an article by a well known cigar magazine this morning and they said the industry is experiencing a mini boom, especially with online sales. Now that may be part of the problem, along with the associated growing pains. If the products are on the shelf, a week or more to ship sounds like The Bid has not expanded their capability to match market demand. Just like the last time in the 90s, this too shall pass. I can understand having backorders because tobacco supplies must be started a few years in advance to allow for aging. That means this is a manufacturing operation very dependent on 3-5 year market forecasts. I suppose COVID messed all that up.
