I've been ordering from CBID for years with no issues, the last few months, every other order is missing something. Customer service has a minimum hold time of an hour it seems. That's insane, obviously there is a demand for service, hire more people!!!

Well I can attest to is I have paid an a$$ load in shipping….seems a little scammy to me how they have it setup….I should of read a little deeper but I don’t like to be taken advantage of either. but other that that I’ve am pretty happy with the whole auction thing…I’ve stumbled upon a few good deals….so over all it’s all good!!

Do you have shipping set to daily per chance? A weekly consolidation would cut costs if so.

Is anyone else having issues with Cigarbid. I had an order and did not receive it. It says that is pending. I emailed cigarbid and have received no answer. And when I called yesterday during the day, the message was that they are temporarily closed down!? Are they still in buisness??? I have never had a problem in the last many years of buying with them.

Happened to me too. Called 2-3 times over a couple weeks and got that msg. I called yesterday and got through (after 45 mins). No biggie - doing other stuff while waiting for a pick-up. Talked to Darlene who was very nice and helpful. She said that the warehouse is transitioning to a new system. Some of my stuff was on the old system and some on the new. This messed up the order. She is going to split the order and she said that will fix it.

I wonder if all these STG subsidiaries operating out of one office are being handled by one customer service department. CI, Cigar.com, Pipe & Cigar, C-Bid, Thompsons and who knows what else.

There, they hired someone new! Awesome... All the problems are over. Please resume ordering.

Well the Bid is not the deal it once was and raising the msrp doesn't justify the change. People are just willing to bid more than they were before. I often see bids higher than CI sells for. People get addicted to the chase and lose their common sense. These cigars are made in countries where people make less than $100 a week. I am also having issues with two orders.
Have tried calling at least 6 times, including now being on hold for over an hour each time!
I have also sent 3 E-mails with no response!
I have been a loyal customer for many years, never an issue, really a let down lately !!

The worst customer service! They shorted me in my last order. I've sent 2 emails (no response) and phoned 3 times for a total of 2 hours without getting to talk to anyone. (...and their on-hold music is a scratchy, annoying recording.)

Emails won't work. Phones will, but you're likely to need to combine those 2hrs into one call.

Unbelievable customer service! Shorted on order from 3 weeks ago.- had a confirmation. Despite 4 emails and numerous attempted telephone calls, no response whatsoever, no "customer service."
Need another cigar site - recommendations?
