This is the 2nd time in a row, my shipment has been processing for a week and counting. Whats going on, nobody picks up the phone or reponds to the support form. Is the information correct, or are they going out of business?

There were reports of that about a week or two back. Was temporary at the time. I assume the same now

I was able to get my Cigars, my order had to be divided because some cigars shipped from one site the others from another.
