I got the dreaded email that there was a problem with my order. (nothing special in the order, just some Diesels and Ave Marias)
The problem, I immediately realized, was completely self-induced too. I had cancelled the credit card on file because of fraudulent charges and forgot to update the system when I got a replacement.
I was on hold for maybe five minutes. Then Shana hooked me up, quick and easy. Good to go.
