Wanted to say kudos for another great experience. Placed an order yesterday and it already arrived. When I lived nearby I’d get it in a day or two and thought that was very quick given the volume of orders you handle. But now I’m out of state and still received my packages the next day after placing my orders. I have placed many orders over the years and have never had any issues, platinum membership truly does have its privileges. Thanks again!

Placed several more orders since this post and all packages arrived extremely quick. I used to get them within 2 days when I was in-state, now I’m a couple states away and have received my last 4 packages the day after placing each order. Outstanding job CI! Thank you!

I got the dreaded email that there was a problem with my order. (nothing special in the order, just some Diesels and Ave Marias)

The problem, I immediately realized, was completely self-induced too. I had cancelled the credit card on file because of fraudulent charges and forgot to update the system when I got a replacement.

I was on hold for maybe five minutes. Then Shana hooked me up, quick and easy. Good to go.
