Any lasagna is layers of lasagna sheets, meat/tomato mix with onion, garlic peppers. Then a cheese layer. Then and so on and so forth.

In your cheese mixture it includes ricotta cheese (some use cottage cheese), Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella.

Big question... is do you add an egg to the cheese mixture or not?

Curious minds want to know.

P.S. the answer is Yes.. you add an egg to the cheese mixture to hold it together

No Egg here, we use a layer of Ricotta and one of Cottage Cheese, but we use a crockpot rather then the oven and it holds everything together better add the sheets dry when making it and Walla!!!

I don't usually do eggs and usually go for ricotta, bad cheese or not

Actually I like to stuff manicotti with a ricotta, Ital sausage, spinach mixture.
