I always get my cigars exactly as promised from CB. I have sent 2 emails to them and have not received a reply. Anyone else have an issue with responding to emails?

That's right. Keep saying my name. I do love the attention and living rent free in your head. Don't go denying your love either. First your poll. Then your complainer thread. Admit it. Daddy touched a nerve;-p

From what I've heard, the service people sometimes watch the Cigars & Related section for things like this. They don't spend much time in the Miscreant (I mean Miscellaneous section) of the boards.

I was hoping this would spur a customer service rep to look into an order that had a back order from 5/21/22. I notified CigarBid that I had moved in August, received a new order at the new address. When the back order came in they shipped to my previous address. I can’t get anyone to reply .

Celticbomber is a forum CS rep I’m sorry he’s too busy with me because I turned him down on his camping trip request and I didn’t send him candy or a bag of One Ton Chips.

You need a Platinum Membership - it comes with a dedicated concierge staff to assist with service issues.

After a 30 minute hold time , I had a very good customer service rep that addressed my concerns. I checked into the Platinum Membership and I received a 5 year membership for free for not being a jerk on the forum. Nice wins again!

One Ton Chips really strike a nerve to the bomber.

Cigars. com actually has a platinum membership.

I will file a bill in congress titled the CigarBid Shipping Aid Act.

It will include $40 billion for the Ukrainian military and $200 billion to subsidize solar panels.

It will also have $1 million earmarked for a stop light in Napa County were Paul Pelosi recently got into an accident.

We really need some relief aid for the torch and pitchfork business.

Yeah, but can't be true or there would be no such thing as a Platinum Membership on here

The books have been closed ever since Wheelrite's passing. We still haven't added to the ranks of Platinum Membership despite many stating their inclusion.

The Mafia has their rituals...we have ours.

I'm pretty sure they're illegal in California and New York also - since pretty much everything is illegal in those states. Anxious

In California, platinum membership cards are routinely stolen and scrapped with catalytic converters. Your best bet out here is a silver membership. They’ll shoot you for your gold card.

Platinum Memberships are being phased out. The new thing is the Supreme Account. To qualify, you must buy $500 of Diesel and CAO within 30 days.
