FN and LaRue are gapped too, if you want to spend. If not, may suggest an Aero AR?
I've assembled several AR 10/15s from several different sources. Buy a lower, assemble it with a good trigger, and a decent stock. If you're not confident about mounting the barrel in an upper, get an assembled upper.
If you want an excellent and very accurate upper or barrel, I suggest Compass Lake Engineering. They are in Florida and build a lot of match winning rifles. My most accurate AR sports one of their barrels. It'll bug hole IMI Razor 77 grain Sierra Match King ammunition at 100 yards.
