Hit that spot once every 6-8 weeks. Have only seen one person do the deed. He did it in 42 minutes. Last time I was in there a guy barffed with only 8 minutes left.

They do have tasty ribeyes that are very well priced.

SF to Bakersfield to Flagstaff to Santa Rosa NM to Abilene to Sugar Land.

The I-10 route was an hour quicker but a little harder spacing of wilderness when finding hotels. I also wanted to avoid El Paso in case Biden or Harris decided to visit the border.

Passed through Sugarland yesterday.

“Abilene is known as the “Official Storybook Capital of America” because it has the largest public collection of sculptural storybook characters in the state. Visit downtown Abilene and snap a selfie with six sculptures of Dr. Seuss characters, which are among 24 statues in the area.”

Better get your picture with the remaining Dr. Seuss characters
Before they get canceled and removed…
