sorry I couldn't take your call just now Anth.
Was on the phone with the person handling the estate sell stuff...

I'm less than an hour from Taunton. In the general area we also have Edin508 and tailgater, tail is probably closer to Mattapoisett too.

I'm not available on the 9th but the 8th might be in play, depending on time of day and stuff...dinner might work better.
Probably a couple other guys in the area that I am overlooking...

just last week I sent a link to that old beer can collector JESPEAR about a Beer Can Museum in Taunton!

I have a stop in the Bronx @ 4 AM on the 8th. Afterwards, I’ll be headed towards Taunton where I’ll spend the night. I think…. Have to look at my trip plan in a few hours to be sure.

You live in MA...so....there's that.

As far as Selection Day in MA...you don't have to vote. They're already aligned with your persuasion. It was signed with the blood of St.Joe Kennedy...the Patron Saint of Bootleggers everywhere.

Meeting up with Anth should take priority over your piling on vote. Besides...there's millions of dead people that will cast the same as you.

That's a lie. There isn't 170 continuous miles of good roads in MA.

True, true...

In my area, you can tell when you cross town lines without even looking at the signs. One town has fresh paved roads, the next town has pot hole patches. Same road, just crossed the town line.

They have been tearing up all the roads in my town, Gardner, to replace all the old plumbing. It's been going on for like 2 yrs with no apparent end in sight. One day I was out for a walk and stopped to talk with the road crew who was tearing up a section. I looked down in the trench... literally old terracotta sewer pipes about 30 ft underground. Something like you'd see on the History Channel from Roman times. They are replacing them section by section with precast concrete pipes.

The New England infrastructure for things like this in my area (outside the I-495 belt) is old and needs to be refurbished. Some of the bigger cities are better in this aspect than the smaller Podunk towns that surround them.

yeah, there's like two Walmarts in MA and Ed found Anth at the other one...jk

it was great to finally meet Anthony, we've spoken a zillion times on the phone. Hadn't seen Ed in a few years, our lives have certainly changed since our last get together, and Joe is always great fun.

Anth thinks he can get a pic posted but in case he fails, I want SOB to know I wore my Make CBid Fun Again limited edition hat!

Had a great evening. Probably should have stopped before that last martini, but I digress. Great bunch of guys. Another successful CBid meetup.

You were the only one not driving, so drink away.

Glad you called out. It was great meeting you and catching up with my comrades in crime.

Note: Ed misses Fuzz...
