Whats the largest stem you've seen in a cigar?

Went to smoke a mac red when my cutter stopped and couldn't do the job. I quickly realized it was a log of a stem stopping me so preceded to my bandsaw to cut through it and maybe salvage the cigar. No good. What was in there was a damn log the size of a pencil or larger and I couldn't get a cold draw so I unraveled the cigar and found a 3 inch long stem residing in my wasted cigar.

That's just a new feature they're trying so you can hold the smoke in your teeth without chewing up the wrapper. Like a built in nubber

I recently pulled a stem out of a churchill that ran the entire 7" length of the cigar. It was amazing. I posted a picture in the forum here, but it never made it through the Cbid picture censors. Maybe that much long, naked stem was just too much for them. I might try again.

were any others in this batch stemmy? I once ordered a box of Cubans from a reputable online site. box came in and I fired one up which had a stem as you say in it. couldn't smoke it or keep it lit for the life of me.. (I usually will smoke one from a box and then store the remaining.) anyways I got to digging around in the box and 90% of them had veins in the leaf's wrapping them, cut a couple open to find they were Plugged Cigars... this is when the workers at these cigar factories or what they're called? would sweep up the cuttings and roll them later and package them for their own personal gain.. how they make it back into the inventory is beyond me? I did however contact the supplier and they replaced the shipment at their cost (this was where I learned about the process of plugged and or Stemmy Cigars...
