Howdy.
Can't get online with Chrome, so I tried Edge. It worked!
Have a great evening!

If all possible I time it so I don’t drive through large metro areas during peak traffic times. In fact, usually I’ll take a mandatory break instead. No sense using 4x more time when I’m limited to drive hours and I’m paid by the mile.

Was lucky enough to get into MKE at about 10:30 and back on the road by 11:30. Lunch crowd made the departure an adventure (and not finding 43 North initially) added some unneeded angst, but survived it.

Yeah, you've been aging a year a week for the last few months. Reminds me a little of the Muppet Show although I can't determine if you are more of a Stadler or Waldorf.

I have a Stripes quote in my mind as I type this suggestion for you (as your brother).

Loosen up, Francis.

How the hell am I aging a year a week? Well... aside from the lack of fishing. That is my therapy. I really need to get back to it, but I think it's gonna be a while. Gotta figure out where the hell to start.

Maybe not quite that bad. Maybe a year a month?
Like me working in Corporate Hell, you were slightly less but still miserable living in California.
Thought you'd be more relieved and relaxed.
I didn't realize how bad I was until a couple people here pointed that out for me. Started looking at the prior 100 posts (bad enough I type them, now I have to read my swill)? 65-70ish of the posts had either anger or frustration in them.

Try the challenge yourself. Don't think you'll score as poorly as me, but.....

Finally made it to some nice weather. Sunny and 60 degrees in Phoenix. Getting unloaded at the moment. Afterwards, it’s down the road to the Speedco for an oil change and lube. Then across the street to the Blue Beacon to get this pig washed up. It’s never been so filthy, but road salt and grime will do it. Once that’s done I’m supposed to be headed to Brawley, CA to pick up a load headed to West Palm Beach, Florida. Still waiting for that load confirmation though. If I get it I’ll be able to spend a day at home on my way east.

West Palm? Hmmmm...

40 degree dog walk this morning. I had to wear pants! As opposed to wearing shorts, of course.

Long sleeve shirt and a fleece and it was still a little nipply!

Squats and pushups done (worst part of the day generally). 6,000 steps also in the rearview.

Will be a real short walk for KTG so her paws won't freeze.

You guys made me late dropping off the kid at school! Between Goodguys, the horse show and the school, traffic was so bad I am pretty sure I just earned my kindergartner her first "tardy"!! We had a good time looking at all the hot rods and classic cars that were pulling in while we waited, though.

Enjoy the show!

Wow... Mr. Motivated!

My fitness thingy on the phone says I've done 6k steps today. I don't trust it. Went the same route yesterday and it was over 7k.

20, with wc of 9.

Tire pressure warning light popped last night.

Coffee is more appreciated after being outside airing up tires in November chill.

Black Rifle Freedom Roast. Rich, full bodied, although the richness staves off any bitterness. A special treat as it is on the pricy side.

Considered putting the FitBit on the collar of the greyhound and let her fly around a softball diamond for 5 minutes. That would get 10,000 steps right quick.
