CROS was illegally driving a Toyota four runner when his special pediatric black Velcro triple soled gimp hoof got stuck between the gas pedal and the brake...

He tried to brake with his "my left foot"
Like Daniel day Lewis but was unsuccessful
At the attempt...and he can't move either leg or foot( cuz he's in a wheelchair) so the given excuse is moot point at best...

CROS is in special lockup do to threats on his life from Beyder and Beyder's seeeeestor... twice removed...by drainage ditch tractor mishaps gone awry...
