Am I preaching to the choir when I say the amount of delivery issues surpasses want to buy stogies online? I have experienced missed delivery times, drivers going to the wrong house and labeled missed delivery, or dealing with crappy customer service from the delivery service? I deal with these issues at least once a month I am sure I can’t be the only one who deals with this issue often. Does anyone have this issue? Is there a better option?

It's not platinum thats for sure . Thats what alot of us have and we don't have these issues. Our smokes are overnighted.

Delivery issues is the new normal. Amazon doesn't even meet their two day estimate a lot of the time

Given all the challenges you’re having, I’d say it’s time to find another place to buy your cigars from. You’ll probably pay more but that’s the price for satisfaction. While you’re at it, may as well upgrade the cigars you smoke ‘cause if you’re buying everything from here, I highly doubt they’re better than yardgars. However, if your palate is stuck in 1st gear and you’re perfectly happy with $2 to $5 smokes then you’re gonna hafta suck it up and bear with the issues you’ve detailed above.

Good luck in finding your happy place.
