UGA didn't look so hot against Kentucky. Not sure WTF happened to the top 4 but they all looked like crap.

All we’re looking ahead to next weekend.

Yep. I'd take a so so season with a Michigan game win over leading the rankings season with a Michigan loss

As consolation, I did wager on OSU to win, so I did lose a dollar.

Watched that game. Was a good game and then all of a sudden the Wolverines opened a can. And that was all she wrote.

No. You should be consoled as I also lost something.
Feeling better?

UCONN's season ended last week with a 36-33 loss to Army, ending with a 6-6 record. There is some hope for a bowl bid. I always hoped they would have a "Toilet Bowl" for teams that played all season without a victory. I think that could be a hell of a game.

LSU’s Cinderella season ended in Atlanta yesterday. The score should have been much closer.

Sun should be happy with the USC fall. OSU likely back into the playoff.

Mixed emotions. Feels neither earned nor deserved at this point. I would be down for a Michigan rematch however.

Nothing to mix over. OSU deserved it more than USC, and that's a fact. Who else deserved to be #3 or #4? OSU had 1 loss in a conference title game vs the #2 team. No shame in that.

I think your chances of getting to the championship game would be better in a Michigan rematch. I think UGA is a bit too much... for anyone. I also think TCU's slipper fell off v K State. Michigan should win easily.

I see what you're saying, but at the same time can't entirely agree.

Their schedule wasn't the strongest this year. Most years Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Iowa are all pretty strong teams, so should have been a decently challenging schedule, but that's not how it played out.

They succeeded, but weren't outright dominating over Notre Dame and Penn State. They choked against Michigan.

They struggled against Maryland and Northwestern, neither of which should have been a hint I'd a problem.

I feel like we lucked out with the high preseason ranking and just never lost so had no concrete reason to drop. Defense and offense both have been spotty throughout the year, and it wasn't like previous years where they just get better as the season progresses. I just don't feel the ranking was warranted this time around.

That said, if they do happen to show up with all cylinders firing on both sides of the ball for an entire 4 quarters, I think they could cause some issues for GA

Now someone feel free to copy this for posterity 'cause you won't see me talking chit about my Bucks very often

Haven’t heard the Michigan spread v TCU.

OSU is getting 7 against Georgia. It will be closer than that.

Edit: TCU is getting 7.5.

Ya think? I don't.

I would not take TCU with only 7.5 points, either.

I'm usually wrong, so you are probably right. Is OSU as bad as they were vs Michigan, or as good as all of their other games?

Its like Friday the 13th. Every time you think Jason is dead, he's not. Followed by a sequel or two.

Just got back from a trip and I'm not fond of in person game viewing. Last game I attended was about 50 years ago.

Conversely, I LOVE to watch football in-person…but, only from the end zone so I can watch plays develop. I guess scouting games has a lot to do with my view perspective but depending on the level of play, the size and speed of the players is sometimes a wonder to behold.

Glad I stayed home. Marshall took a 28-0 lead over UCONN early in the second half, then Conn scored 2 TDs. I tuned out when there was about 5 minutes left and presume the final was 28-14.
