Petty Officer 1st Class Marcelo, a 20-year Active Duty veteran who was a victim of ATF's harassment. He did not violate any laws and regulations but is still being treated like a criminal. ATF seized over $20k worth of his property, and he was threatened by the ATF about pressing charges against him if he kept inquiring about his seized property.

PO1 Marcelo already consulted a criminal defense lawyer, but he cannot afford to keep them on retainer. The next step would be to pursue a civil suit against them and a request for some kind of reform when it comes to endangering innocent lives.

ATF over reach again, with this one being particularly disgusting and troublesome.

AFT has really been on a tear the last 4-5 years.

The process is the punishment

Sounds to me like :

"A side unauthorized tight knit splinter gang of FBI CRIMINALS WITH BADGES shaking down a law abiding citizen...prolly got a tip from a drug addict R.A.T. POS that was on their payroll...
They thought they could make an easy $20k by siezing his property and intimidate the hell out of him...hoping he had no money for a lawyer or was a push over...

They were wrong...
Now the criminal LEO are in the spotlight...

Cliff notes.

Dude stops at a gun shop to buy a buffer tube. Shop owner tells dude he’s under AFT investigation and guys shrugs and says “I’m buying a buffer tube…” Dude brings it outside and opens his trunk and that’s when the road pirates swoop in and start their bull💩. AFT agents POSING for selfies with his weapons admiring his collection. The fill out seizure forms for his NFA items and take everything. He goes to the local office with all his paperwork and tax stamps to collect his property (they didn’t charge him, they just took his 💩). They tell him the one person who can release his property is out of town (he had scheduled rhis).

What's the over/under on this guy getting audited by the IRS, too?

Hell, the Dept. of Agriculture is probably coming after him for using too much round-up on his yard.
