Garrison Brothers Single Barrel (last pour of the bottle)

It was gifted and I was really surprised at just how good it turned out to be. With that said, I don't know if I will purchase a bottle in the future, prices I have noticed in the recent months range from $100 to $190 per bottle. To many good bottles available at $50 and under.

Well work sucked........as usual after or during recovery I returned too early , back is killing me.Retirement is looking sweeter and sweeter.Just hoping to get strong enough to enjoy fishing again..........not to mention bumping uglies with the misses.

3rd pour of OF Signature 100 proof. On the bright side my back is feeling better , maybe I should just stay drunk???

Some healing takes longer than others.

Cuz you ain't made a lick o' sense yet!

Hoping it all turns around for ya.

I just poured a glass. Tasted it neat and it was a bit spicy, even at just 100 proof. Big block of ice cooled it down, but it still has a bit of a kick. Silky mouth feel, oaky and smoky flavors is what I taste. Almost like a peaty scotch?

It's not the proof, because WT 101 doesn't bother me a bit.

I'm a novice at bourbon, obviously... but there's cheaper stuff I like more. Figured a 12 yr would be better. Meh.

Edit: got a lot better when a bit of the ice melted. Not bad at all.

Knob Creek bottle picks are always excellent otherwise I don’t buy KC.

Last night I had a pour of OF 100 and one pour of Joseph Magnuson.

Tonight, biscuits and gravy from scratch and a few fingers of Elijah Craig.

Frank isn’t too bitter about his ex boyfriends, but his tickets are sold out so he’ll make you pay secondary market prices.
