The 1st time he retired it cost him a marriage.

I think this time its for good. None of the other teams mentioned had what it took to be competitive at his level. There were a few, but they already are committed to their QB's.

Thanks Tom for pushing the envelope and coming out of nowhere with the Wolverines. Saw you play then and I sure as hell didn't see you as a top tier QB then. The Hoodie did though with the 199th pick in the sixth round of the draft.

Enjoy the booth, maybe you'll make it listenable again!

I don't think another QB is going to win 7 championships. It's just too damn difficult.

He won another without BB... BB hasn't won a playoff game without Tommie.

Love him or loathe him, best QB ever.

Watched the series on him on ESPN+. It humanized him for me.

I think if he chose his local 49ers it would bring Edelman and Gronk out of retirement. Could you imagine adding them to Kittle?

I’d like to see what Joe would have been able to do with todays rules.

Tom stated if he was going to continue to play it was to stay in Tampa.

I don’t follow Tom enough to know so asking ‘cause I’m kinda curious - has Tom or his wife actually said that his retirement then his change of mind caused the divorce? Or did Tom un-retire because his marriage had dissolved so badly that the divorce was enviable so he said, “Well, screw it, I’ll go play football again!”?

I pretty much assumed it was the first scenario but don’t recall seeing anything that confirmed that.

Reports of tension and unrest between Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen have been circulating since his decision to un-retire from the NFL. A source confirmed to Us Weekly in September 2022 that there was “tension” between the couple after he reneged on the announcement he was hanging up his cleats for good. “Gisele was not happy when Tom un-retired from the NFL after such a short time,” the insider said. “There is tension between them.” The source added that Tom is “doing everything he can to make it up to” Gisele.

The reversal appeared to be the final straw in his marriage to the former Victoria’s Secret Angel, as Page Six would go on to exclusively report in September 2022 that the couple were in an epic fight over the decision.

Her relationship with Brady, 45, reportedly hit the rocks after she returned home from a solo trip to Costa Rica because of his decision to un-retire as the Tampa Bay Bucks quarterback after a glittering career.

It was well reported here in Tampa on tv and radio as well.

Oh well...

Plenty of gash in the sea...

But not as beautiful and a BIG DOLLAR EARNER LIKE HER...
THAT BUNDCHEN WAS PRETTY MUCH THE APEX WOMAN IN THOSE TERMS...
