My name is Craig... {In unison...} "Hi Theodore"

I haven't bought any new cigars for about a year. I have more than enough to last a couple years at my current consumption rate.

I strive for progress, not perfection.

Hmmmmm, interesting situation.

However (…said in my best Stephen A. Smith voice…), even if your “friend’s friend” was the conduit for the cigars and he / she paid for them, then, sorry bud, your “friend” bought cigars.

The only other question is when do you (…or your hypothetical “friend”…) start your (…his…) buying hiatus count? When you agreed…oops, when your “friend” agreed to buy the cigars or when your “friend” sent his / her payment?

My name is Your Daddy, and I haven’t bought cigars in a week.

But to be fair they may or may not be in transit to a warmer climate right now.

Hey, my name is Lee. I'm currently buying some cigars because I have ongoing bids on Cbid, but I think it's great what you guys are doing. I am going to join your group as soon as I finish buying these.

Hi, my name is Dan. I haven't bought a single new cigar since AKdave megabombed me with a 5 dozen cigar SS, so just short of Xmas. Dam good run if I do say so myself. If you're curious what a megabomb is, it's much more visually spectacular than a mega pint

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, ourage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference .

Hello, my name is Craig aka Theodore aka Bucky, etc... and I haven’t bought any cigars since last fall sometime. I have too many as it is.

I don't have a local cigar shop to tempt me, Cuban cigars are way over priced so that helps maintain cigar purchase sobriety, and nothing here at Cbid is very tempting any longer. Sometimes there are some here that I'd bid normally bid on for average* stuff but I remind myself that I have plenty of average stuff. I see posts of deals at other places for some better than average stuff but I have been successful at not placing orders... so far.

*average is subjective when it comes down to personal tastes and budgets

Fell off the wagon a couple of weeks later. Brick wall Got back on.

Fell off again two weeks later. Frying pan Got back on.

Almost lasted 3 weeks but, alas, the wheels fell off. Gonz Put them back on and dragged my sorry azz azz up once more. Thought fo' sure I could resist but I hit another bump in the road, lost my balance and found myself in the dirt, face down. BUT, it's been 9 days since that horrific experience. One day at a time.

Sigh... I had faith in you. You're gonna need more help than Cbid forums can offer. Maybe a 30 day inpatient program would help. Look at the positive, they'll probably give you free slipper socks and stuff.

Haven't bought anything in over 2 months. Still near my capacity limits but could squeeze a few more in. Prices are too high to think about restocking anything, but I still keep looking.

True, summer is almost here, buying season is over.
Hopefully the tenski place will have some sales on decent cigars.
They have been pushing a lot of chit lately.

I'm Al, and I foolishly announced a hiatus as my New Years resolution...broke that several times over the next few months...then after much mockery by my fellow Cbidders (enablers), I decided to declare an Ironclad Resolution to stop buying cigars for a year...

This hiatus started with my last purchase on April 17...so it's been 29 nine days of cigar purchase abstention... really a personal hell...but I can do

Hey, my name is Colton and I haven’t bought any cigars for 0 days.

There was a Kentucky Derby special on one of the pages that was too good to say no to. Idk where I am going to put them because my desk humidor is full; however, where there is a will there is a tupperware.

Didn’t order anything today so that makes it 2 straight days!

Hip, hip hooray! Beer

On another note, the offshore place that’s gotten my last two orders has Fuente OXFF for about $35 per. Almost 3 years ago they could be had for about 2/3 of that. Glad I was able to find and split a box. Feels like we saved a ton of money! ThumpUp
