Order processing for 2 days?

I have an order that has been processing for 2 days, I have called customer service and they said after 24 hours my card should be charged. 48 hours still nothing. Orders I have placed after this one are shipping, while this particular one is processing. Is there anyone that can assist?

Sounds like a back order. I have an order in process for 4 weeks....partial ship with one item still processing....back ordered
