More political theatre. Whatever Orange Man did or didn't do, it pales in comparison to the activities of the Biden Crime Family.

I heard he said something about "take your country back", which are codewords for "INSURRECTION!" Bwahaha!

The question here is will the MAGA rats answer his call to “protest and take back our country”.

No, the question here is why is a state prosecutor prosecuting a federal crime for which the statute of limitations has likely expired and for which the DOJ and FEC declined to prosecute?

Be logical, not inflammatory. Otherwise you are just a political hemorrhoid.

He's got a lot more serious charges likely coming that have real meat on their bones and aren't b/s/ like paying Stormy off. His call for protest Tuesday concerns me when his own legal counsel says it doesn't know that he will even be arrested. let alone on Tuesday. Just another publicity stun to rile up his base.

“Likely expired”??
So you don’t know but want to peruse that though as “logical”?

Oh, just call it a witch hunt so we can get on to bemoaning “poor Trump” why don’t you.

Again, you have zero capacity to actually address issues. You just like skirt around the edges with your blind and absolute belief in whatever Joy Behar or CNN tells you...

Rather than engaging in a discussion about how the actual crime HAS passed it's statute of limitations but Bragg may try to attach a conspiracy, which, if believed by a court and jury, could extend the statue of limitations, you chose to just be the political hemorrhoid I predicted.

Go back to the corner and keep repeating "No mean tweets, January 6, Orange man bad" over and over...

LOL You say I won’t talk a about the issue while attacking me?
Now don’t be a clown.

First you say his felony charges are “likely” past the SOL and now you say they are. Which is it? Do you know?
As a sitting president he could not be indicted - think that figures into the statute?

Let’s hear it Stogie - what you got?

I just hope this discourages outsiders or even those who are not the most politically connected to ever consider running for the presidency. That would get us back to normal.

Nothing will get us back to normal.

There are a lot of Commies involved with this witch hunt. ain't there?

Commie Soros gives $1Mil to the Color of Change political action committee co-founded by known Commie, Obama's "green jobs czar" Van Jones, who then donated to Commie DA Bragg.

Every time you open your pie hole, you prove my point. Sigh.

Read the actual statutes (you know, "real info") and you will see that the statute of lmiitations for the original offense has expired. In order to create a new, longer time period in which he can be charged, Bragg had to concoct some convoluted and tenuous conspiracy charge, that would, if leagally defensible, extend the statute.

Now that I have provided you with all the info, yo uwill still act like a low-info hemorrhoid, contributing nothing to the actual discussion and only proving your inability to form a relevant thought.

Go on, prove me right again.

Speaking of which...where's that rat faced Cohen?

Wow, just wow - did y’all see Trumps “Death and Destruction” tweet?

He is calling calling for violence from his MAGA rat group. An ex-president, and he does this?
I know the Right has a “ends always justifies the means” mentality, but wtf?

Seems like you're playing both sides here to suit your arguments, kinda makes you look like a hypocrite... well not kinda, it actually does make you look like a hypocrite.

Also, yes the president should be held to a higher standard (not endorsing Trump or violence) but Biden has been allowed to skate on many of his egregious endeavors which have much more proof to them than what Trump has been accused of doing.

Do you actually have some standards that you hold true no matter the topic/person in the cross hairs or are they allowed to drift according to your bias? Rhetorical question.

The first quote is a questioning if “stretching the law” (which is actually not going on) was justified.
The second was accusing some of “always” being justified because of the goal.
Those are different things.

So we agree that a president to a higher standard. It’s odd how we are having trouble talking about that - seem like a lot of “look over there”, “what about Joe”, and of course personal attacks.

But let’s cut to it Bucky - Should Trump be charged?

Anyone that broke the laws should be charged and tried accordingly. Justice should be unbiased as symbolized by the statue of Lady Justice which is prominently displayed at most court houses. Sadly, in the real world, this is not the case.

This doesn't answer your question since I don't know the details or the specific laws relating to what he is accused of doing so I can't answer yes or no. I'll default to the first two sentences of my reply.

A DA trying hard to convince a grand jury of a crime that's past it's statute of limitations? Or was it the "crime" that's past the statute and he's fabricating that it's a campaign crime to get a charge?

Oh well. When Lefty decided to give a break to that rat faced Cohen and the wannabe porn star that the whole case blew back in their faces. Can't get mad at Trump for calling them out on their games. Oh, I get it you're all pissed because Trump didn't use the GOP playbook and take whatever gets served up. See, they forgot who they were dealing with!

So, now that the entire board sees you DGAF about the rule of Law and are willing to do anything to satiate your Orangeman Bad MAGA hissyfit...you gonna charge him for that combover?Frying pan Frying pan Frying pan

Nice to see Lefty come out into the light and show us that it doesn't matter...they just want to hang someone guilty or not. Meanwhile, your Commander In Thief has emails popping up, witnesses willing to testify. They can follow the money right back to the family. The Bidens.

Shudda kept your powder dry Lefty.

DMV, why is it all of you posts boiled down to “the Left is BAD”, “look over there” and “we should all give Trump a hand job”?

But, I’m guessing from this that you don’t think Trump should be indicted - for no reason that I can discern….

Sticking with the topic pal. Something you apparently have issues with. You have no problem with government agencies weaponizing individuals because of party lines and believe it a fair game to play. Show me on the Orangeman Bad where you've been hurt...operators are standing by.

So….is any charge against Trump a witch hunt, as he is incapable of committing a crime?

And the Grand Jury - political pawns?

Because just from TODAY’S news:

Four investigations

On the national level. The Department of Justice has appointed a special counsel to look into two broad areas: the classified documents found at his Florida estate Mar-a-Lago and efforts to interfere with the 2020 election.

In New York state. The New York attorney general is behind a civil lawsuit alleging the Trump Organization lied to lenders and insurers about its assets.

In Georgia. The district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia, is considering charges surrounding efforts by the former president and his allies to overturn the 2020 election there.

In New York City. The Manhattan district attorney has been working with a grand jury on whether Trump hid payments that were hush money to silence Stephanie Clifford, aka Stormy Daniels, about an alleged affair with Trump.
