They're available on a site not so far from here, and do go up for auction every now and then. Obviously, do not include the quotes.

I used to hate these,
I had to wear them for School, functions when I was a kid living in Puerto Rico. But now, I love these, they look so cool, in the summer time, with a nice cigar, a tall glass of Mojito. It feels like I was back on the island. (I live in Chicago). Just makes feel like your on vacation. Weird !

We found that the average customer likes a larger size. We've carried smaller sizes in other shirts and there really isn't a demand for them. They just sit. Also, guayaberas are meant to be big, loose and comfortable.

yep steve your right about the sizing... go into any store and on the sale rack you find all the Small and Medium leftovers but no Large or X-Large shirts

you would think the stores would learn to order more larger sizes and less of the petites

SteveR@Cbid...

Could I convince you to get these in lighter colors... sSce they are short sleeved, I love to wear them in the summer, but the black is hard in the sun... A nice white, or off white, or even light blue would be GREAT!, not to mention more inline with the traditional look...

Just my 2cents... Love ya either way!

PT =)

EI - Or, have the smalls start at a larger size ;)

Peter - This is a possibility. We're looking to have new shirts made for us. I'll throw your suggestion into the forever boiling mixing pot of merchandising. I too would like a lighter color, as most of the Guayaberas you see are white or cream. My favorite being Perdomo's.

Speaking of this, does anyone know of a source for silk smoking jackets? I am going on a cruise soon and my sister's fiance and I are looking to walk around the ship Hu Hefner-style. Just drop me an email, please!

I have one that does not fit - too small. I think it is a large. I'll send it out to whomever wants it.

These were the bags that were given to us as we walked in the front door. As soon as I left the building it was off my shoulder faster than Brandon clocking out at 5:01.

Was it the purse or the Series 'A' in my hand?

Surprisingly enough, I counted at least 3 others enjoying a Series 'A' during the event.

Hey Steve, Ruggy's 18 y/o just walked past the computer and said,"Hey, who's that? He's cute!" I asked which one and she pointed to you. I told her she has to send you a cigar now.
