Box Pass Guidelines:

Guide #1: Participants can take up to five (5) cigars out of the box when it arrives. You must replace with equal or greater value cigars.(If you take a ISOM, replace a ISOM) Be sure to put in AT LEAST the same number as you take out. Be fair with your sections. (2 Dog Rockets do not equal 1 good stick)

Guide #2: Don't toss in anymore than two (2) of the same cigars. The idea is that everyone tries a variety of Cigars.

Guide #3: Don't hold onto the box. Quick turnaround times makes it more exciting. Try and get box to Post Office next day. PENALTY CLAUSE: You must put in 1 extra stick per each day you hold up the pass. If you receive the box on Friday or Saturday, you can wait until Monday to mail it. (Federal Holidays will buy you until Tuesday)

Guide #4: No machine, funky/scented(Lars,Acid,Acid) or flavored cigars!!!!

Guide #5: There will be sheet of address labels to be used and which order box will be passed around. There will be a master list of which cigars you have added and which you have removed.

Guide #6: Use U.S. Postal Service Priority mail and Delivery Confirmation. Cost is 4.00-6.00 dollars.

Guide #7: Keep cello sticks in one ziplock bag and non-cello in the other ziplock bag.(Handy hint:Saran Wrap on the unwrapped sticks can help keep them more intact)

Guide #8: Post updates on CigarBid Forum under TIMINATOR'S BOX PASS. What you took and what went
in, and delivery confirmation number.(It is staggering what power these updates do to keep everyone interested)

Guide #9: Include master log and guidelines in Box when shipping box.

Guide #10: HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE SMOKES!!!!!!!!

The box should go out sometime next week. I'll let you know on the BB keep checking. I'll post what I put in the box and the shipping order.

Darn glad to hear that you have formed such a tour de force clan. Sounds like you are the kind of people I would like to Box Trade/Pass with. The guidelines that were listed above are an amalgam of about 5 different Box Passes that I have been party to thus far. If the penalty clause bothers you, I am sorry. It isn't meant to be punative as much as it is designed to keep someone from forgetting about it.(Ever rented a movie from the Big Bad Blue Corporate Video Monster Blockbuster?) It, like anything else listed above are merely GUIDELINES, not life and death rules. I was unaware you had already formed your ELITE 8 Trade Organization and that it essentially was a Box Pass. Thus, the offer stands. I would be more than honored to have any or all of the ELITE 8 Trade Organization Members join in on my Box Pass. Have a Great Day!!!
