Well Exactly my Point.. here are two that defenently show up and know nothing about American History, the Constitution, or there Own Bibles.. That would be -->guillet and squattro .. So Hold your thoughts there!!!
the History of the Bible speaks for itself Maybe you should crack the Book once in awhile then you may lean a little more to the Right!!! Values, Morals, Ethics,
now as for American History Our Founding Fathers Wrote the Constitution of the United States From Guidlines in the Great Book Known as the Bible.. So that about sums it up!!! You want to get these School Systems back in order? and our Children back on Track then it starts in the Homes of every one of us and what is Missing?? "Stated Above" you can reread as many times as you would like so that you can get the Big Picture
as for now I myself am tired of wasting my Breath on a few folks like the two of you!!!! and No I am not Slaming you I will Pray for ya.. Because then maybe you may also get the Big Picture.. But it wouldn't hurt for you to also read a little about our History in this Country.. and then Sit back and enjoy your Smokes............Have a Nice Day :-)

Hog I am insulted...I was raise roman cathloic...you tell me i don't know the bible...I went to curch...sunday school after church..I have read the bible many many times over....don't jump to conclusions. As far as the Constitution goes....I have reasd that as well my friend..I am a mechanical engineer who minored in American history...lol.You think the founding fathers based our Constitution on the Old English version of the bible?? Please. Hog if you recall they were breaking away from mum england....
Let me ask you hog are you a "born again"?? christian.
Please don't be offended be that question, but I have ran across many of these reformed christians and they love to push the bible and god onto people. once again there is no place for the bible in our government, our schools or this political posting board. I do agree that the morals of this country have gone down the tubes but the bible will not fix the problem. People need to hold themselves accountable for their actions.
Hey Hog I enjoy this please reply back. Take care my man.

LOL guillet, I to Enjoy this!!! I and Other's get to View Opposite Opinions. and Comintate also on them here.. I think that is Why Gonz and the others placed this Board here and it is Freedom of Speach still as yet in America.. to answer one of Your ? yes I am a Christian "Born Again"?? No I was only Born Once..
are you Implying me as trying to be a Saint?? I am Far from that.. I am just expressing MY point of View for all to read I guess (as they can who wonders on this Post) maybe you View me as a Holly Roller?? well Yes I get real Close to God when I am On My Harley heading down the Highways and Back Country Roads of this Great Nation.. I am not or will not try to Push the Bible on anyone!!! (and am Sorry if you Interput it that way) Going to Church Day in day out does not mean You Have God in Your Life!!! and reading the Bible Backwards and Forwards does not mean that You Have God in your life either.. But You Know what, You Will know when you have God in your Life, And I'm Sorry that you are Missing out...it is Good to Know your Major "Mecanical Engineering Cool.. Maybe you can answer your own Question then.. What Makes a House Last well over a Hundered Years? and as far as the Having a Minor in American History.. What And Why was there an Electorial College to begin with the American Elections?? and the Constitution of these United States? "Breaking Away from Mum England" there are many people on this Board who Do not really Know why we have an Electorial College and many who right now probably feel it should be abolished!!! it is not there faults either, Because Our Schools do not teach that part of History and Government... So Inlighten Us Please!!! and to sum this up... "Accountable for there actions" Who do Children look to for Guidence?? "Possibly" there Peers?? Who Do Adults look to for there Guidence?? Possibly there Peers?? Who in the USA is there Peers? Possibly Government Elected Officials? Now shouldn't these People (who are elected by the People) Set Good Examples? and Guidlines For ALL to Follow, Not just for the People who Elected them?? I think that should be enough for now!!! Nice talkin with you guillet, this is getting Interesting!!!

Hog, I am not insulted with any of the comments on this board (just in case you were wondering.) As you said, we are all fortunate enough to live in a country which gives us this wonderful freedom to spout off our own views as we wish.

Here is something I was reading (just wanted to spout a bit)-
Having won their independence, the 13 colonies set about the task of forming themselves into a ntaion. The Declaration of Independence had boldly asserted that all men are created equal-a revolutionary sentiment in a world ruled by monarchy and nobles, although America had never had a hereditary aristocracy-yet the new nation was clearly dominated by a landed and mercantile elite, and one-fifth of its total population (one-third in the plantation states of the south) consisted of black slaves. But the revolution liberalized white American society to a significant degree. Primogeniture and entail, which protected large estates from division, were swept away; Anglican and Congregationalist churches lost their privileged positions, paving the way for the complete separation of church and state that would be one of the most radical features of the American constitution; and the electoral franchise was widened in a number of states. These represented concessions won by farmers, frontiersmen, and religious dissidents in return for support of the rebellion. Though America was far from having achieved true egalitarianism and though the cloud of slavery, already troubling to many, hung over its future, it was incontestably the most democratic state in the world and the first since the short-lived English Commonwealth of the 1650s to proclaim the sovereignty of the people, or at least those who were free and male. As such, it was a potent inspiration for reformers in Britain and elsewhere in the Old World, a unique experiment that embodied much of the advanced political thought of the century.
