Hey, fellow magnificent cigar smokers! Is the week starting off well? This day's about to end with a brew and a Flor de Oliva -- a new try, a deal I just couldn't pass up. Anyone else tried this brand? Your thoughts? If it turns out decent I'll toss it in the box when it makes its way to me.

Silent 7.....NAH....Studious 7......NAH....I think everyone is too busy smoking to type! I just had my first Jose L Piedra....not bad...I think they could age a bit but overall a nice STRONG smoke. Maybe 1 will make the next round...maybe...;> It's about time we hear that the box has arrived...

after much serious thought (no wonder i have a headache)i came to the conclusion that you take 3 and put 5 in, so that at the end of one round we'll have a box with 14 cigars. after that, you can either take your two and drop out or replace what you take and keep the box moving along. so whatever you do, unklebill, don't take them all cause i'm waiting right behind you!!!

Bill is right next round we will shake up the order. I think Tim could just send out cigars to us all.

Fine with me as long as a walleye's internal organs maintain a constant 70% humidity. Hey Randall, have you sent the walleye on to me yet? What did you take out and put in?

Gotta love them Iowegians and their silly brand of humor. Actually, I could start one helluva box pass. The only problem is so few wanted to play. Now it's just you and you and you and you and you and you and me against the world.

I'll report to the board as soon as the box gets to me. I hope "VG" atleast means "very good" and not "very green" or "very ground" or "Vietnam grown". If it DOES mean "VSG" you can bet they'll travel no further. (...if they had come from Monica: "Vaseline greased"?)

Hey, guys. Rob started a new thread -- see "Mag 7 Ver 2".
And forgive my vulgarity -- my wife made me say that after she saw my comment about "Vaseline-greased" cigars. She just doesn't understand...we're a fraternity here...can't you talk like that amongst brothers?

That's nothing Cliff. If they want to hear some real nasty stuff, they should hear some of the stuff said at our bi-weekly meeting.

(of course "bi"-weekly I mean every two weeks and not anything else)

Hey, DL! Don't be starting any rumors! Maybe we need to start meeting EVERY week for a "herf" to avoid any confusion of the term "bi-weekly" (no, it's not bi-weakly, either). I hereby announce I am a happily-married hetero having fathered 3 beautiful children (that my wife is aware of).... Say, speaking of our meetings (which we jokingly insist to our wives are "book club" meetings), aren't we due? I'll phone later. Don't forget to bring the book we are currently discussing. (Note to you fellow "herfers" out there: most novels serve as great beer coasters.)
