Don Pepin Garcia bears the name of its infamous maker, Jose ’Pepin’ Garcia. Within the walls of his tiny Miami-based El Rey de Los Habanos factory, ’Pepin’ crafts some of the world’s finest and most heavily sought cigars, including Padilla Miami 8/11, Tatuaje and the soon to be released La Amistad.
Don Pepin Garcia is a fantastic handmade comprised of full-bodied, full-flavored tobaccos. These tobaccos all hail from Nicaragua, courtesy of 5th generation Cuban-seed. Carefully fermented and perfectly aged, each leaf is at its prime at the time of being rolled, completing a wonderful smoking experience. The Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper produces a hearty, slightly spicy flavor to complement a wealth of rich, toasty, leathery flavors.
