The Empire Series III employs an uber-dark Costa Rican maduro wrapper glistening with oily goodness with a vintage blend of Honduran and Dominican long-fillers. The chocolatey core is complemented by sweet notes and a long, toasty element, completing a rich, mild to medium-bodied cigar.
