Didn't know that, but in the brief research (OK Google) it appears that it predated that use.
It was used against the Aryans until they hijacked it and used that euphemism.
Either way, the more common definition referring to something that melts down with barely any provocation is how I use it.

I didn't even get it right...should've said ashes from post-gas chamber incinerators. In any event, I hesitated this long to say it because it does not have that old meaning to me, I knew it did not have that meaning to tg and other current users, and if called that I wouldn't blink. just thought it might be interesting. |
