A burning dead body is about the worst I have ever witnessed.

Dead oppossum in crawlspace - worst........dead largemouth bass in crawlspace - not as bad. Having to crawl under and get it - the worst.

The stench in the morgue during the autopsy of a man who drove his truck off a pier into the Delaware river and spent three days underwater before being found. WORST smell I have EVER experienced. Foul with a capital F ! BARF!

I once thought it was durian. In Thailand, there are signs saying that you can't even bring it inside a lot of establishments.

But, that doesn't come close to jespear's.

While doing ops in the Caribbean one summer day, our ship came upon a floater. Plane had crashed a week earlier. Sent a team out in a small boat....when they tried to pull the body aboard, pieces of flesh came off in their hands. They brought what they could on board -- the smell permeated every inch of the ship.....by far the worst thing I've ever smelled. That was 25 years ago.....I can still remember exactly what it smelled like

Ischemic bowels.

It's rotting dead person smell, but they're alive and secreting concentrated dead body goo.

The sewers under the Stockyards in Butchertown, Louisville, KY when they were still active. Chit, rendered fat, hair and blood was dumped into them for nearly a century before I had to collect samples from them. Sickamp;

Dead things rotting or the smell of putrescine, also found in the gut of mammals, hence the fart response of: "There is not way you ate that, something crawled up your azz and died!"

BARF!

Putrescine, a foul-smelling compound, NH(CH)NH, produced by bacterial fermentation of protein and in the normal metabolism of mammals.

Trash day in NYC is pretty terrible. It was making people in our group puke. Nasty.

Burning flesh is pretty bad, so is anything soaking in formaldehyde---our cat dissection in HS was horrific.

The stinkiest smell is when you get sprayed in the face by a skunk. It takes months for your smeller to return to normal. I was 7 or 8 and went to find my grandfather and accidentally ran into one.

There are some nasty, foul odors that are much worse than your everyday vomit.

But the smell of vomit is the only odor that makes me want to puke.
Instant gag reflex.

Wait.

Foul burps.

Again, a bad fart easily out-smells a bad burp.
But the burp makes me want to puke.

You, Sir have never been around my sister. When that girl farts you leave the room gagging.

#1.Back in the late 80's I was deployed to Central America.Lots of night recon along the coast in small boats. One night we're darked out sitting outside a channel where several rivers converge. At first I thought someone took a wicked grumpy in the duty bucket.........then we all started to gag.About a dozen Dead Sea turtles had floated right into our location. This was midsummer.........Hot 90-100 degree days.Don't know how they died or why.All I know for sure is worst most awful smell on earth.I think all 6 of us puked. We broke silence and fired up to get upwind.Took 3-4 days to get the smell out of my head.

2.Mumbai India.........every corner you go around a new disgusting odor hits you in the face.I've never smelled more death anywhere on earth.

+1 to Mumbai wistlebritches. I didn't know I could smell fish wharves, rotting chit, and diesel all in one single whiff but I've never had a better time on this earth than I had in Maximum City.

Methyl methacrylate. It's a true assault on all of the senses! Smells like rotting fish & burnt hair times ten thousand.

Having suffered painfull fecal incontinency post rectal cancer treatment and the subsequent colostomy, I have personally weathered a vast spectrum foulness since 2012. If weaponized, it could clear at least a 25ft radius. TMI...but true.🤢

My 18 year old Chihuahua’s breath also comes to mind.

This is a bad smell for sure. My dad had this happen once.

He had about one thousand dollar investment worth of meat in the freezer that he had gotten that season and lost it all. It was a shame for him to lose all 3 doves. Anxious

The stinkiest smell? A $3 hookeres vajajay after a weekend bash at the 4th of July bikers rally.

Otherwise, it was a Japanese guy that I used to work with, his breath smelled worse than rotting flesh. He had a 12x12 office that had a cloud of putrid stink in it, anytime we'd walk by and the door was open- we'd politely close it for him.

One of the girls I work with says, "hands down... tweaker's cooch". I almost fell over when she said it.

I was like... what the hell? When they're changed out, especially for drug charges, they search all articles of clothing. She said she damn near threw up.

Sick
