Both live action Japanese shows from the 60's. The first anime I watched was Star Blazers. A battleship converted into a spaceship with a BFG on the front... You wanted to watch a show you had to be there on time and sit in front of a 500lb TV that was irradiating an entire generation! The weak were culled. If your TV was bigger than 26 inches you were rich! If you had 32 inches and a remote the poor kids hunted you for meat. Looking back, that third cup of coffee was probably a mistake. I watched Loki and it was really good! |

Used to be a big fan of hers, especially in the early years of her solo career. Saw her twice, June 1970 at the Diamond Head Sunshine Crater Festival and then in '75 or '76 when she toured with Jackson Browne. That show was at the Waikiki Shell with Linda opening. So sad that she's no longer able to perform. |
