Customer Service Closed

Does nanyone know why their office has been closed since last Friday. My order was suppose to ship last Tuesday. Called multiple times and received an automated message that said their offices are closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Can't. Even leave a message.

Unforeseen circumstances:

CigarBid sucks SO freakin' bad... and they are so damn inept... that their CS reps got overwhelmed with complaints and finally decided; "I don't make enough money to put up with this sheit" and they all quit.

The odds of this being the correct answer? Even.

It's possible that only one person works in the Customer Service department and she is out sick. Seems silly CBid can't hire a few more reps, but it's their call. I know I am not ordering from Bid for the time being.

Was wondering this myself so I sent the minotaur a pm on fb. Phones were down until 3 pm. Also, mentioned the seemingly exponential growth in pissed off customers. She said she was going to ensure Celticbomber finds ways to become more efficient at handling customer service issues. She went on to say that it’s well pass time for him to have doubled his daily resolved issues quota.

Im in the same boat, supposed to ship last tuesday and still says processing, called twice and sat on hold an hour each, started spamming their support form, sent 19 request so far I want my stuff

I finally called my credit card company and put in for half a refund, they said they would try and reach out to the company

Usually I just call a company and figure it out, but here no one is responding or answering so I am putting in for the refund on the cigars, only the travel humidor showed up. Been using CB a long time never had an issue before

I guess if I don’t get my order soon I will head over to cigars daily because they have the fastest shipping and actually answer calls and messages. Be sure to check them out on Facebook as well. Getting very pissed at this because I worked hard for my money and purchasing 40 cigars and not getting them yet. Who do I need to talk to since they don’t wanna answer their calls. Or you can hire me to remotely and I will answer calls and get things going in the right direction haha.
