No doubt about it, we will need to get the laws in place and start ticketing/arresting people that refuse to wear masks and otherwise act like a proper American relative to Covid.We are in the trouble we are in now because of the knuckle draggers and their refusal to act on even simple safety protocols. At least with the change of administration we can start to get things understand control....
