Huzza #2
Short toro or long rob, low sheen visible seams, one medium vein.
Initial light toasted grains, a lil red pepper retro, dry texture, hardwood finish.
There was a small void and a rapidly opening Canoe for about 1/2" that self corrected just as quickly as it opened so already performing better than #1.
After the first ash drop it ramped up the pepper, the texture got richer, the finish is long, sweet vanilla and hardwood. Vanilla might be residual from my Coke vanilla tho. Pairing up nicely.
By the halfway mark it's rich, sweet, creamy texture, lil earthiness, distinct flavor notes have gone but I like where it's at.
Finishes up about the same after halfway. Reminds me of an aged Pepin product. Or at least something that was in my wheelhouse years back this is in the neighborhood of profiles I would chase after.
