So, let's say you have an auto crash injury and a trial. The only thing your sole, independent, critical witness to the crash who is an illegal alien, saw how it happened, but the other side still blames you fully for the crash and wants a zero ($0) verdict. The whole case is about how the crash happened, not even the extent of your conceded injuries. You only get one trial.
Your illegal eyewitness' testimony to the crash is critical and his testimony about what he saw is indisputable. He saw you do nothing wrong, but the other driver was speeding and ran a red light. You would be heavily dependent on that witness' and you'd lose your trial.
Don't you think it is unfair to you? That you would be unduly prejudiced?
You would lose your constitutional right to a fair trial, right?
