I can't wait for soup season,and hers is sooo good.
We make a vat of some kind every Sunday from Fall though Winter and freeze any leftovers on Wednesdays or Thursdays for the Spring.

Love me some good soup. As soon as it cools off a bit I think a lot of gumbo is in order.
