Cool bins, man! I like the trays a lot.

I use bins too, but rather than "make" anything this cool, I just put all my cigars in cedar cigar boxes inside the bins. I also just use beads for rH.

I think bins work GREAT. I feel like my sticks are aging faster, if anything. I might actually start putting some in plastic bags instead of cedar boxes because they are aging too fast, lol.

are beads easier than buying an electric humidifier?

To organized, but looks good. I need an assistant to organize mine, every time I start I find a good cigar that I forgot about and go smoke it and forget about what I started.

I too have gone the way of Coleman. $52 for a 120qt at Walmart and it hold 600+ by the box plus some additional bags for loose storage.

very nice setup indeed. I have a converted wine fridge that im trying to get organized. It looks purty enough on the outside that the wifey lets me keep it in the living room. I dont think she'd let me get away with a coolidor in the living room.

Since that photo from over a year ago, I've added a third cooler. Also bought a cheap vinyl 2" Venetian blind, removed the slats and cut them down as dividers for even better organization. The vinyl blind slats slide right into the slits in the bins.

But, alas, as shipments have been coming in lately, I've just been stuffing them where ever they'll fit, so the coolers are now a total mess.

Way too over the top for me.

My method:

1) Buy Rubbermaid brand cooler (hard refrigerator plastic lined, little to no odor from the start)

2) Wash it out & dry it.

3) Dump cigars boxes in. Place loose cigars in older boxes.

4) Add one 4oz jar of humi-care gel

5) close lid and go open a beer.

Same here but I added an oust fan I got on ebay and I poured a Manhattan instead of a beer.

Thanks for the pics. Brings together the instructions. The more I am bidding on here the more I am going to need extra storage. Can't believe how fast a 100 count humidor can fill up.

Using the same cooler but set up on end so it opens like a cabinet. Used a couple of rubber bumpers from some old house cues for feet. Used an RP Edge crate to line the door and create shelves to fit the slots inside. Did have to use thin rubber (like used on a roof) to line the edging around the door to prevent leaking. Currently holds 10 boxes and my late brother's 40ct. Works great but can't wait to find a cabinet.

Have the same cooler but doesn't look anything like that. Might just inspire me to organize it...

Very nice Dave!!!

And I thought a 250 count Treasure Dome would provide adequate storage. It was filled before it arrived. I'll be building something soon.

Thanks for the inspiration.
