You just can't win with the looney left. Had GWB not done anything for the poor oppressed africans(see additional coment below)they would have been screaming about his uncaring callousness. However now that their boy has turned out to be a lunatic fringe phoney suit who is driving the country into the economic crapper faster than all previous presidents combined they are still trying to blame GWB with the sorry, sorry line of "well you started this first". Tired, old, boring leftist bull****.

Africa has leaders of their own right? Why aren't they doing something about these issues. Let's see
AIDS
Genocide
Terrorism
Poverty
Disease
Corruption... Wait they are doing something they are causing and propagating all of these things.

But at least they will have clean ****, thanks to BHO

I remember when Dubya pledged that money to fight AIDS in Africa and couldn't believe it. I thought it was pretty cool of him. The looney left? I wasn't the one complaining about 800k. Sorry line of "well you started this first"?. Yeah, the Clinton bj line never got tired, old and boring did it?

Give me a Republican congress and a Republican president in 2 years, and I guarantee you, when **** is hitting the fan, and things are bad, y'all will be parroting, "well AIJ did this and BHO did that". And you won't give two farts that they are screwing up just as bad because you'll be so happy jerking each other off over AIJs/BOHs failed presidency. That's the NEW American way! 😣 🤦

Things are great now. Why would people vote in a Republican congress and President? We even have cleaner penises in Africa as an added bonus.

Well at least you called your shot.

Well I guess $15 billion is just a drop in the bucket. You think the almost 3/4 of a trillion dollars spent on the Iraq war might have made a difference in that unemployment rate had it been invested here instead of there? That's one expensive hard-on and a big f*** you America if I ever saw one.

Someone ran the numbers, and it ain't no 3/4 of a trillion. Its more like 200 billion.

Then again, we spend hundreds of billions of dollars on Medicare and/or Medicaid every year, and have done so for decades. In fact, we've probably thrown trillions of dollars of private wealth down those holes, only to have them go belly-up.

By contrast, the Iraq War was a better investment of dollars.

I am not condoning either Bush or Obama, but this recession is neither of theirs fault. It is a normal part of the economic cycle. It isn't the first one and certainly won't be the last. The U.S. economy will continue its slow decline over many, many years as our labor is too expensive and we don't manufacture enough different goods to compete in the world markets. Same goes for the service side of the U.S. economy. None of this makes it any better for those who are unemployed, but it is what it is. Anyone remember the recession during the early to mid 70's? Stagflation, price control, wicked unemployment and interest rates so high nobody could afford to borrow money...

Yes, I remember Jimmy's misery index. Thank goodness I was too young in the workforce to really feel its effects. I was hit harder by the oil embrago under Nixon when the price of filling up my little VW Beetle almost doubled & we had to stand in line EVERYWHERE.

Hockeydad, why are "clean African penises" always coming out of your mouth? Clean African penises this, clean African penises that... Why you always gotta be bringing clean African penises up? Don't stroke that strawman. Dirty African penises are a gold mine as an alternative source of African fuel if handled correctly.

Bloody,

You must not have read the original article. We are using stimulus funds to stop dirty African penises, not convert them into green energy.

I thought John Kennedy waged war on dirty Third World penes (penises to those in Schenectady) with his Piece Corps.

Just read HD's link. I think the next initiative should be for bidets. No need for those poor Africans to live in a fools paradise with clean penes and dirty asses.:-k
