They had been taken over by Hate spewing Radicals who's Prejudices were the worst i have ever seen other than that of Islamic Radicals..

I could NEVER run for elected office...

I listen to XM Patriot on the way to work and home some days. I find it interesting how some conservative talk show hosts like to layer on the name-calling.

"The Radical Hate-spewing Dum-o-crats in the house and senate... These people are insane and vicious, they hate freedom."

Whew. I hate hearing that from either side (and I hear it go both ways). Some people live life like it's a school yard and arguments are won by those with the best insults rather than the best arguments, facts, and proof.

Just openly admit to it all before anyone brings it up and explain that it was just part of your growing up that your kids didn't follow and that you regret. Make drugs your pet project...

Just write a book and make it an entire chapter. Then you go from skeltons in the closet to a "candidate with a broad range of backgrounds that truly understands the plight of the common man"
