The Legends Series is a very special project that has grown enormously in popularity among our customers, as well as our suppliers. Rewind to the past, we asked 4 of the world’s top cigar makers to create the best damn cigar they could, with two constraints. 1) Each cigar had to be 5.75” x 54 in size and 2) the cigar has to retail under $5 per cigar. It became free game, as each maker did the rest of the work, comprising a blend that he felt was the ultimate handmade, dollar for dollar. Since this time, 4 more top-notch makers have joined in the fun, with several others chomping at the bits to accompany them. That’s Legends, a “best of the best” collection of boutique beauties that epitomize the cigar industry’s true talent.

Naturally, Jonathan Drew’s submission is far from ordinary, but delicious nonetheless. This subtle, aromatic blend combines a traditional blend of premium, supremely aged Nicaraguan tobaccos with the mellow sweetness of hazelnuts to generate a relaxing, satisfying cigar. Creamy in character, the Drew Estate Legends opens with a pleasant sweetness, pumping out clouds of thick, white smoke while molding itself into a rich, medium-bodied smoke. Smooth from start to finish, this is something that can be appreciated by palates of all shapes and colors.
