Got relatively plenny time for you to type it out and for us to read it.
Standing by.
I think I wrote about this many years back but here goes:
I bought the 1st 10 ct box of Behike 52 something like 10-12 years ago from the Aussie place. I paid $328. At the same time I bought a box of Fonseca for a buddy who wanted a milder, cheaper Cuban. Since these were times that US Customs would intercept contraband boxes they shipped the Fonseca one day and the Behike the next day which was typical.
I was able to track the shipments as far as Customs receiving them in Los Angeles, but they stopped there. After about 35 days I contacted the Aussies and they confirmed they were "lost". They made good on their end, reshipped and I received both boxes about 14 days later.
After smoking 4-5 Behikes over the next 6 months, one day I went to my mail box and there was the original box of Fonseca. The very next day the box of Behike arrived. No notice or letter from Customs, just both boxes were help up for exactly 6 months and then cleared.
I contacted the Aussies and gave them the details and being 6 months old they said just keep them. The Behikes came in a beautiful lacquered black case that was sealed in an unusually very heavy cello and was then wrapped in a strong butcher paper and then wrapped in typical shipping bubble wrap and taped securely. They were then placed in a sealed shipping envelope.
When I opened the Behikes they were soft and moist. It was just like they had been shipped yesterday. Every bit as good as the ones I already had in my humidor.
So 20 Behikes for $328. I still have a few.
