Blendlab WH-660. That "tunnel" showed up about and inch in and went several inches - almost halfway - into the cigar after it appeared. Was not until the last third that it sorted itself out

unless your trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose I would agree with bassman. one of my blend labs did something similar, just not so big.

How did the flavors do during torching?

Never had this happen to me. Never seen or heard of it either.

I've had this happen to me a couple of times in 2 different versions... the way the pic shows, with the hole going straight down the center, and also had it happen in a 3 hole pattern... always with cheap cigars, never had it happen to anything of quality...

The cigar tasted fine and the other Blendlab I had of this same type did not have this issue. I think with SOME Blendlabs, consistency of construction is an issue.

With one it was just the opposite of a tunnel with no tobacco, it was a stem right in the middle that wound up sticking out several inches as the rest of the cigar burned down around it. Wish I had taken a photo of that one!

Overall, I have really enjoyed a number of the blendlabs but there have been a couple of clunkers
